Cooling System
Connection Installation: Use quick-connect couplings or compression fittings to connect the water pipes. First, test for leaks with low-pressure water. Only assemble after confirming there are no leaks.
Flow Rate and Temperature Difference: It is recommended to control the inlet and outlet temperature difference of the cooling circuit within 5–10 °C. Verify the flow rate balance of each circuit using a flow meter.
Exhaust System: Reserve 0.02–0.05 mm venting grooves at the end of the cavity and next to the slide block. Perform an air injection test after assembly to ensure smooth air escape without material leakage.
Heating and Temperature Control
Heating Coil Arrangement: Install heating coils and cover them with high-temperature resistant silicone tubing in areas sensitive to temperature differences or prone to material adhesion to avoid excessive temperature gradients.
Temperature Sensors: Embed thermocouples at key mold locations (gate, joint, thin-walled areas) and conduct simulated control tests after assembly.
